Conspiracists beware, This song reflects a time in my life when propaganda, misinformation and conspiracies were at max level in society. My mind was trying to find the truth in a sea of deception. I wanted it to reimagine the classic fable of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf” with bard like lyrics. I was trying to reflect the present day narratives propaganda we deal with in everyday life. I used different animals (Wolves/Sharks/Vultures) as the protagonists who deceive the villagers and hunt the boy. The wolf, once a symbol of danger, becomes a metaphor for the devastating consequences of deception, misinformation and complacency. The song’s atmospheric instrumentation and haunting vocal harmonies evoke a sense of longing and despair, as the protagonist comes to realize the devastating impact of the deception. “Watch out” is a powerful cautionary tale for our times, reminding us of the importance of honesty and the dire consequences of not taking notice of all the red flags flying.

This song was a growth point in my healing journey. It's original name was "just as you are" but I changed it because Comparison Killz reflects the shadow of the songs message.
